Love making music and want to be part of a welcoming local community? Waterloo Wind Band brings together adult musicians of varied backgrounds and experience levels to rehearse, perform, and share great wind-band music with our community.

Our rehearsals are purposeful but fun, with a balance of challenging repertoire, familiar favorites, and music that makes every section shine.

Joining the ensemble is also a great way to meet people, stay connected to music, and perform in a supportive environment. We value teamwork, reliability, a positive attitude, and the shared thrill of bringing a live concert to life.

We welcome interest from woodwind, brass, and percussion players. If you are interested in joining Waterloo Wind Band, we would love to hear about your instrument, playing background, and availability.

Musicians with experience at the college level or those with advanced high school abilities are welcome to play. Please send an email to waterloowindband@gmail.com if you would like to join us. We have openings in some sections and waitlists in others.
